We will sell one system for every 250,000 (or fraction thereof)
people within a Metropolitan Statistical area (MSA). So, if you live
in a city of 1 million, we may sell up to 4 systems into that city.
Please note that we do not police zip codes or monitor publications
for where ads are placed or where seminar invitations are sent because
it's impossible to do so. We simply limit the number of systems we
sell into a particular area so as not to saturate the area and to
Insure that everyone can do plenty of business. In the case of our
direct marketing systems, if we do not receive a reorder for booklets
every 7 months, we assume that you are not using the system and cannot
count you in limiting the number of systems sold into your area. Similarly,
if you do not purchase the annual seminar updates, we assume you are
no longer using the system and do not count you in the number of active
users.
We also cannot police where people actually use the system. If a user
has us ship the system to Dayton and actually uses it in Toledo, we
would not know this, as we have no way of finding out or policing
it. We do what we can control�limit the number of systems we send
into an MSA.
What about States where most of the area is not within an MSA? We limit sales of our systems to 4 within the area of the State that's outside an MSA.
